Are you ready for its implementation?  Are you unable to attend Help the Hospices Conferences in Bristol and London?  Do you need more information?  This local conference is designed to help delegates in their final preparation in relation to the Act.  The programme will be relevant to all health and social care professionals working in palliative care and with vulnerable adults.
